its fort time! we built some really fantastic hideaways for this challenge if you ask me. i particularly enjoyed this challenge not only because it was a different form of creating, but because it allowed me to remember what it was like to be a kid. there’s something so comforting and freeing in that. when you’re a kid you don’t have all this weight filling you up, taking up all the empty nooks and crannies inside your brain and your heart and pouring all the way down your limbs until they feel too heavy to even lift. when you’re a kid you just move freely and lightly and everything seems pure; untouched and weightless. somehow sitting in a fort made all those heavy things float away..
the lonely indian (who had the help of our favie niece, makena)
steffaloo (unfortunately i won’t get film shots back in time.. these will have to suffice)
and our two shining submissions:
the darling eloise (verbREverb)

we love you all. go build a fort sometime and feel free.
